Global iGuerilla Update

Pyrrhus

Friday, July 10, 2015

King Pyrrhus was a Greek general and king who stood strong against the Roman Republic. Although he was successful, his losses were so heavy that he retreated from Rome thus giving birth to the term Pyrrhic victory.

The Lebanese Hezbollah is carrying the water for Assad on orders from Khamenei because the Syrian Army or can’t do its job. Although LH has been successful, the burden of the war is wearing them down. They are perilously close to overextension and the loss of their veneer of invincibility.

They’ve fielded close to 8,000 fighters and lost close to 1,000 killed or wounded. Soon their Syrian war casualties will surpass their Lebanese war casualties. From 1985 to 2000, LH lost 1,248 iGuerillas fighting Israel in southern Lebanon.

The Syria quagmire is draining the Jihadi swamp; both Sunni and Shia.
